Street Fair 2023 Stallholder’s Terms & Conditions
Once completed Booking Application Form and payment is received, confirmation will be issued by the Stalls Coordinator. Booking is subject to the following conditions and receipt of a completed form will be deemed as acknowledgement of these terms:
Pitch Allocation: Wherever possible the Stalls Coordinator will honour previous positions or requests for specific positions but this cannot be guaranteed. Pitches will be allocated on receipt of payment which must be made in advance. Pitches cannot be transferred to another trader, except with the organiser’s permission and you may not sell goods from any area other than your designated pitch.
Refunds: In the event of a trader cancelling or bad weather, refunds will not be issued. In the unlikely event of cancellation or abandonment of the Fair the organisers may make refunds at their discretion.
Insurance/Liability: Exhibitors are advised to check their current insurance and ensure they have adequate Public Liability cover with a minimum limit of two million pounds indemnity. Cover should extend to the provision of any services or products sold. Documentation will be required prior to attendance at the Fair. The organisers accept no responsibility for loss or damage to stands, equipment or vehicles during the setting up or duration of the Fair.
Food and Drink: Traders selling food or drink for consumption at the Fair must have a current food hygiene certificate and employers liability/public liability insurance. Please supply copies of these documents with your application form.
Identification and Data Protection: Exhibitors are requested to clearly display their trading details on their stand. Details from completed application forms will be stored on computer by the organisers. In accordance with Data Protection Regulations this information will not be shared, but may be used in social media marketing of the event, e.g. in the Fair programme and website. Waste Removal: It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to ensure all rubbish is removed from their area at the end of the event.
Electricity: Should you require access to electricity this MUST be booked in advance. A charge is made for this provision and equipment used must be PAT tested. Unchecked or out-of-date electrical items will not be permitted connection.
